Women across the diocese are invited to attend this powerful and uplifting one-day event filled with inspiring talks, prayer and community! 'Christ in Her' 2026 Catholic Women's Conference proudly features acclaimed speakers Danielle Bean, Sister Josephine Garrett and Brooke Taylor. The theme for 2025 is “Beautiful Hope” based upon the accompanying bible verse, “My hope is in You” from Psalm 39:7. St. Lydia Purpuraria, whose life and witness beautifully reflect the theme of this year’s gathering by inspiring women to embrace faith, courage, and steadfast trust in God’s providence, is this year's featured saint. We are looking forward to another incredible day of fun, inspiration and spiritual connectedness, and we hope that you can be a part of it!
Through this conference we hope to address issues that Christian women commonly face and create an environment where we can find renewal and strength to pursue the spiritual priorities God calls us to. We want to share strategies to eliminate obstacles that keep us from being the women that God calls us to be in order to strengthen our marriages, families and community. Our main objectives are to empower the women of our diocese to find healing, spiritual direction, and encourage the formation of support groups on a parish level that uplift and evangelize to other women who may be struggling in their faith.
This year's conference will include national and local speakers, meditative and group prayer sessions, confession, and vendor hall. Doors open at 7:30am, program begins at 8:30am and the event ends at 4:30pm with Mass at the Civic Center at 5:00pm. Ticket price includes admission, lunch, snacks and a gift bag.
